Free Matzha Order Form
Free box of Shmurah Matzah contains 3 Matzahs intended for use at the Passover Seder.
If you need more than three Matzahs, you may purchase Matzah by the pound which contains about 6 or 7 Matzahs per pound.
Free Matzah limit 1 box per family, while supplies last.
Please note: Matzah will not be shipped to you, this is an order form only.
You may pick up your free box of Shmurah Matzah at our center during office hours.
Monday - Thursday 11:00am - 3:00pm
Friday - 8:30am - 11:30am
We will not be held responsible for orders that are not picked up.
