EXTRA CARE

We encourage you to enroll in advance for the total daily hours you need and save.
If you ever need more hours, you have two options:
1. Enroll to more daily hours based on your need.
2. Pay per hour, just drop off early or pick up late. 7am - 6pm, Mon-*Fri.

EXTRA CARE CHARGES

Extra hours (in excess of the hours you enrolled to) will be billed at $11 per hour.
To ensure proper staffing and supervision for extra care, any additional care beyond the daily hours you enrolled for will be billed in full-hour increments once more than 15 minutes of extra care have elapsed. This means that if your child remains in extra care for any portion of an hour — whether it’s 15, 30, or 45 minutes — it will be considered a full hour.
For example:
**If you enrolled to begin at 9:00am, dropping off before 8:45am is considered one hour of extra care.
If you enrolled to begin at 8:00am, dropping off before 7:45am is considered one hour of extra care.
School opens at 7:00am, drop off not available before 7am.

**Regular dismissal ends at 3:15pm. Picking up 3:15pm - 4:15pm is considered one hour of extra care.
Picking up 4:15pm - 5:15pm is considered two hours of extra care.
Picking up 5:15pm - 6:15pm is considered three hours of extra care.
If you enrolled through 3:00pm, picking up 3:15pm - 4:15pm is considered one hour of extra care.
If you enrolled through 4:00pm, picking up 4:15pm - 5:15pm is considered one hour of extra care.
If you enrolled through 5:00pm, picking up 5:15pm - 6:15pm is considered one hour of extra care.
If you enrolled through 6:00pm, late pick up not available past 6pm.

We encourage parents to plan and enroll accordingly.
We will try to be flexible with circumstance that come up that cause the need for extra hours on a case by case basis.
