Comprehensive Curriculum
From basics in Judaism to chanting your Torah portion, our guided classes and workshops give boys the tools — and confidence — they need at this important time in their life.
1. Jewish life, What is a Bar Mitzvah, Tefillin, Jewish Holidays, Faith, and G-d.
2. Preparing for each boy's individual ceremony with one on one time with the Rabbi:
Learning Hebrew, Torah reading, prayers, blessings, and speech. -
Be Ready for Your Ceremony
Hebrew reading, Torah reading, Tefillin, a speech, and step-by-step assistance to be ready for your personal ceremony. -

Bar Mitzvah Academy Details
What’s Included
•Weekly group classes.
•Semi-private tutoring sessions.
•One on one time with Rabbi.
•Planning your personal event.
Schedule
Sundays, 11:00AM–12:30PM
Program runs September–May.
Schedule an initial meeting with Rabbi Mendel to plan the event, ceremony and service, help with scheduling a date and determine a personalized learning plan for your son.
Who’s It For
Boys preparing for Bar Mitzvah.
Beginners to advanced learners.
Boys turning 12 or already 12 year old.
In order for a boy to be fully prepared for Bar Mitzvah, It is recommended to enroll to a full year of the Bar Mitzvah Academy.
Program Cost
Enrollment for the school year September–May
$1500 may be split into monthly payments.
Enrollment month to month
$200 per month.
Additional private lessons (if any) at $75 per lesson.

What boys will need at each class?
A charged smart phone to record Hebrew and Torah reading, ear phones/pods.
Bar Mitzvah Academy will provide all other materials for study abd review.
