What's included in the camp gear?

Sheet of Labels
A sheet like this with 12 individualized labels is provided complimentary for each camper.
We encourage you to use these stickers on all personal items that your child brings to camp, in order to help us return items if they get lost at camp. Your camp bag has already been labeled with one of these stickers.

Bag
Use this bag to bring all your daily camp needs and keep them organized in one place.
The camp bag has already been labeled with a sticker from the sheet.
In the first week of camp, children will have the option of coloring in the camp logo with special canvas markers.

Bottle
Use this bottle to bring in fresh cool water to camp every day. This bottle will also be refilled as needed.
At camp we use water bottles for easy and frequent hydration, not cups. We only use cups at lunch.

Shirt
Wear this 2024 camp T-shirt on all trip days.
Make sure to put a label on the inside of the collar area so that we can return the shirt to your child if it gets lost at camp.
Before you put a label on the shirt, wash it with detergent, But DO NOT put any fabric softener, otherwise the label will not stick. After shirt had dried, place a label on as per the manufacturer instructions on the label packaging.

Kippah for Boys
Wear the camp Kippah every day at camp. Make sure to put one of the labels on the inside of the Kippah so that it can be returned to your son if it gets lost. Boys may also use any other Kippah, hat or cap to keep head covered at camp.

Carpool ID
Use this carpool Id in your windshield when you come pick up your child at dismissal. Please note that we will be requiring this specific Id card which is unique to FLJDC 2024 in order to pick up children at dismissal. Please make sure that anyone picking up children at camp have this card wit them.
One card like this is provided to you in your camp bag. You may pick up more copies at camp when you come get your camp gear.
