First Day of Camp June 26 2025

We are very excited for camp to begin on Thursday, June 26!

Pick up your camp gear before camp begins from the camp location:
You can also get a carpool Id

Tuesday, June 24 5pm - 7pm
Wednesday, June 25 5pm - 7pm

On the first day of camp (June 26), every camper will receive a name tag with his/her name, and bunk name.

You may ask family friends to pick up gear for you. If you cannot not get your camp gear on the above dates, then your camper will receive their camp gear on the first day they attend. Kids should be instructed to ask their counselor for their camp gear.

Extra t-shirts, bags, bottles, caps, and glasses will be available for purchase at the camp office or online at any time.

Please send your child with a filled camp water bottle daily!

Below are some reminders for the first day of camp.
Please make sure to check the calendar in document center and the daily schedule on the schedule page, for detailed information for Week One, for what your child/ren will need each day.

First day of camp arrival

Thursday, June 26 (first day of session one)
Monday, July 21 (first day of session two)

Early Care begins at 8:00am:
Parents park and walk children to the camp office.

Drop off begins at 8:45am:
Parents drop off kids at the drop off door and children go to the lunch room for bunk division.
Parents may come into camp with your children on the first day of the session as bunks are divided.

If your first day is not on the first day of a session, please walk your child to the camp office to sign in and for a staff member to escort your child to their bunk.

You will receive an email approx. one week before session one and session two with your child's name and bunk placement.

Medication notice
If your child has an allergy and owns an Epi-pen, they must bring two epi-pens to camp. If they have an inhaler, one inhaler is enough. Please make sure to write your child's full name on the medication with a permanent marker and place in a ziplock bag which is also marked with the child's name with permanent marker.

The parent/guardian needs to determine if they want their child or the counselor to hold onto the Epi-pen/inhaler.

Tell your child to give it to their counselor immediately on the first day; the counselor will hold onto it for your child, or allow the child to hold onto it, as per your instructions on the Camp Health Form.

Every time your child’s division leaves camp (swimming or trip) the Epi-pen/inhaler must accompany your child.

NOTE: We have a no lice and no nit policy at camp. Please check your campers before camp begins and make sure they are free of lice. If we find lice on a head of a camper or staff, parents will be notified discreetly, and child will be sent home immediately to have it treated.

Please email with any questions.
Looking forward to seeing you really soon!
