On Tuesday, December 27^th Rabbi Mendel Zaltzman was privileged to join the residents of Federation Apartments in Patterson, NJ in celebrating the 4^th night of Chanukah at their annual Chanukah party.  Rabbi Mendel joined the celebration in song and provided words of inspiration about Chanukah in both Russian and English. Some of Rabbi Mendel's children came along for additional energy to spread Chanukah joy to the residents.
