Kiddie Camp Parent Information

The 2025 Summer Camp Program will begin on Monday, June 23th and will run through Friday, August 15th.
There will be no camp on Friday, July 4th.
On the first day of Camp please send:
(clearly labeled, please)
Two complete (labeled with your child’s name) changes of clothing for your child to keep at camp.
Diapers and wipes for those who need them, to be replenished as needed. Swim diapers are mandatory for children not yet toilet trained.
Sunscreen
Sunscreen must be applied at home before coming to camp.
If you wish for us to reapply in the afternoon, please sign the sunscreen form, sent to you in another email.
Each child should have their own sunscreen despite signing the form. Click here for Kiddie Camp Forms
School has a limited supply just in case a child runs out of their own supply.
All sunscreen brought to camp must be boldly labeled with childs full name.
Daily:
Children should come to camp each day already wearing their bathing suits (under their clothing) and water shoes, with sunscreen already applied at home. Even in inclement weather, please put a bathing suit on your child.
Weather changes in the summer are the norm, so a cloudy morning may become sunny.
Each day, please send (labeled with your child’s name) socks, underwear, shoes, sneakers or sandals, a bag for wet clothing, a towel and a hat (if desired) with your child each day.

For those bringing lunch from home, lunches may be meat or dairy, but please no pork, mixed milk and meat, popcorn or candy. Ice packs in lunches should be labeled with your child’s name.
Each child should bring a non-disposable (clearly labeled) insulated water bottle, which we will refill as needed during the day. We use Spring Water only at school. Please wash and return each day.
PLEASE LABEL YOUR CHILD’s BOTTLE CLEARLY.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO LABEL EVERYTHING!
We are required to have all medical records on file in the school during our camp program.
Children will not be able to attend school or camp without these updates.
