Hebrew School November 19
Chanukah excitement has begun at Hebrew school! Children learned the history of the holiday and important lessons such as recognizing the miracles of G-d, standing up for our beliefs and Jewish pride. Hebrew reading focused on Hebrew words associated with the holiday. Children practiced Chanukah songs for our Chanukah performance and are excited for our annual "Spread the Light" contest, creating creative Chanukah menorahs, posters and games!
